OPTIONAL SET-UP & CLEAN UP PACKAGE
Basic set-up + Tear Down + Basic Clean up | $500

At The Railhouse, we give our clients the flexibility to handle their own table setup, teardown, and basic cleanup to help save costs.
​
If the cleanup and teardown package is purchased, The Railhouse will handle table setup and teardown, sweeping, and trash removal outside of your rental period.
Note: Clients are always responsible for setting up and removing all decor, food, and beverages within their reserved rental period. Clients are also responsible for ensuring vendors arrive and tear down during the rental period.

THINGS TO NOTE
Due on date of booking: Deposit (refundable based on terms and agreements) and half (50%) of the contract price. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

You are required to hire security to be on the premises if you are having bar service.
Personal event insurance is strongly encouraged for your security.

You are able to add hours to your event.
​
Make sure to purchase the correct number of hours that not only you, but your vendors will need for set-up. The venue is in use during hours not rented, either by other groups, cleaning, or maintenance.
Table set-up, tear down, decorating, and clean up and is your responsibility and must also occur during the venue rental agreement times unless you purchase an optional set-up/tear down package.

We accept cash, check or credit cards. There will be a 3.5% transaction fee on all credit cards.
Our staff will be on site during your event to ensure all our amenities are accessible and in working order. Event coordination, decorating, room flipping, etc is your responsibility or the responsibility of your event planner.
